3 DAY REPAIR POLICY
Glamour Express operates a 3 day repair policy. This means that we will carry out any repairs that we consider are a result of our workmanship free of charge. After this period there will be a normal charge for repairs. Please be aware that your nails have a lifespan, and the level of care you apply to looking after them usually influences this. T&C’s apply.
SALON ETIQUETTE
Kindly inform the therapist prior to your treatment of any medical or physical conditions e.g. if you have high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy, etc.
Please note that appropriate underwear or swimwear is compulsory for all treatments.
Treat therapists and guests with courtesy and respect.
Kindly remove all jewellery prior to your treatment.
We respectfully request that all mobile devices be switched off during treatments.

BOOKING POLICY
Adhere to strict sanitising protocols.
To cancel (24 hours in advance) or change an appointment, please contact us.
No group bookings will be made without a 50% deposit to secure the booking.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointed time in order to complete the necessary client consultation forms and to ensure that you do not lose any of your precious treatment time.
Late arrivals may still be accommodated on condition that the scheduled treatment may not exceed the original booking time. The fully booked treatment fee will be charged.
No refunds will be considered.
Payment methods: credit & debit cards, EFT or cash will be accepted.
Gratuities at own discretion.
10% pensioners discount.
Travelling / call-out fees, more than 5km outside of Bela-Bela Limpopo, calculated according to AA rates.
All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the treatment.
